You certainly don’t need reminders that Valentine’s Day is coming up, but, here’s a quick one about non-traditional options to celebrate not only Valentine’s Day, but the coming of spring!

The Art of Tataki-Zomé (Flower Pounding) Workshop

This SATURDAY, 1:00-2:30, come with a friend or loved one and learn the art of pounding flowers (I wish there was a more elegant way to say this 😀) to transfer the floral images and dye onto material for display. Specifically scheduled around Valentine’s Day, if creating memories and experiences with your loved one is important, than this workshop checks all the boxes - as a bonus, you get to go home with a memento of your time together! 💘 

Spring Flower Bouquet Subscription

Nothing like flowers to trumpet the arrival of spring … and, by flowers, I mean farm-fresh, just picked, and seasonal flowers. Unfortunately, in our climate, there’s not much growing unless you use artificial means, i.e., propane heating of the greenhouses.

Instead, support the environment AND show love to your friends, family, lover, by giving them a gift of our spring bouquet subscription. The subscription starts as soon as spring flowers bloom en mass, most likely end of March, and goes through May. A total of 3 big, luscious, beautiful bouquets, one for each month.
